Sixteen young people started their apprenticeships or combined studies at KOSTAL in mid-August and were warmly welcomed to the group during an introductory event at Landhaus Nordhelle.
The focus of the days together included a hike, various presentations and a design thinking workshop in which great operating concepts and handcrafted prototypes for future steering wheel switch panels were developed.
An exciting tour of the production facilities at KOSTAL Kontakt Systeme and insights into the IT hardware and software used at KOSTAL rounded off the programme.
Andreas Kostal personally welcomed the new apprentices on their first day of training and answered the new family members' questions in a relaxed atmosphere.
There was no shortage of fun during the introductory week either. In the climbing world of Sauerland, the group climbed and bouldered to lofty heights. During the team-building activities, the group was also presented with challenges that had to be solved together.
KOSTAL wishes the 20204 apprenticeship cohort a good start, as well as lots of fun and success.
