Since the company was founded in 1912, the KOSTAL Group has succeeded in ensuring continuous growth. Employees
Today, KOSTAL has round almost 20,000 employees worldwide. The number of employees at the foreign subsidiaries has steadily risen since the start of the 90s. Today, more than 83% of all KOSTAL employees work outside of Germany.
